Rosie was the first golden that we had as a family,although not a show dog she was a great companion and gave us many wonderful years and some fabulous memories.
A fun dog with her very own charecter she was devoted to 3 things :- food,her walks and her family all in that order !

Alfie
When you read books about the temprement and charecter of a golden retreiver then Alfie fitted the standard to perfection.
Alfie was everthing you would want in a dog,he was very happy,friendly,loyal,obedient and very handsome.
However life can be very cruel sometimes and shortly after his 4th birthday he died in tragic circumstances leaving me devastated and vowing to never have another dog again,of course I did and was lucky enough to strike gold again when Chester arrived who's paws helped fill the gap left by Alfie.
